True, & credit where it's due, though my impression was that they got distracted by Jack's Sleeping Beauty impersonation (or impersonation of one of the Seven Sleepers, as they're in Wales & all).
The Doctor seems to believe once the immediate problem has been solved (as he defines it), by Rassilon, it's *solved*, never mind aftereffects or collateral damage, & during the last couple of seasons of DW I for one have enjoyed seeing aftereffects he ignored come back & bite him on the butt.
