yeah, TW1 seems to have been hiring the best, plus, isn't there an ep in Who where 10 tries to use his psychic paper on a scientist there and it doesn't work cuz as the guy informs him ALL Torchwood employees r trained and at least low level telepaths?
so, i've been thinking...what if Ianto hacked into the database and altered his CV? C, he would like to appear as hireable but not overly...dangerous or smth right? A I-can-help-with-the-job-but-i-m-nothing-too-much-so-don-t-pay-attention-to-me thing. And it could b possible that he picked up smth about how Jack would prefer him to act in order to hire him.
